To make a change to your current policy, follow these steps.

1. Visit aana.com/malpractice
2. Login
3. From the left navigation menu, select Make a Change
4. Download and print forms
5. Return completed forms to insuranceinfo@aana.com or fax it to 800-547-2220

You will have the ability to request the following changes:

• Mailing address
• Location of practice
• Policy type
• Change limits of liability
• Cancellation
