How do I request a change to my current policy?

You can make most policy changes online.

To make a change to your current policy, visit aana.com/malpractice, login, and then select “Make a Change” from the left-hand navigation menu.

You will have the ability to request the following changes online:

  • Mailing address
  • Location of practice
  • Policy type
  • Change limits of liability
  • Cancellation 

PLEASE NOTE: The change forms will need to be downloaded and printed. Once you have completed the form, please email it to insuranceinfo@aana.com or fax it to 800-547-2220.

The effective date of the change will be the date received by AANA Insurance Services or a future date requested.
