How do I report a deceased member?

Please contact us with key information about this individual and consider sharing their story

To report the passing of a CRNA, contact us with the member's name and state of practice so we can deactivate them in our system. During Annual Congress, their name will appear in the In Memoriam presentation.

If you are a family member or friend, you may also submit an obituary, provide a link from a newspaper, or provide a link to another publication's website that will appear on the AANA website for six months.
