To make your housing reservations, you must be registered for the meeting.
The link to make your housing reservations will be included in your confirmation email after registering. Please allow 24-48 hours for the confirmation email to be received. If after that time you still do not receive your confirmation email, please email help@aana.com.
We encourage you to make your travel arrangements as soon as possible. A group rate, starting at $339 for single/double rooms plus applicable local and state taxes, is available at the JW Marriott Washington D.C. The deadline to receive the discounted hotel rate is Monday, March 11, 2024, or until the block is full, whichever comes first. After this date, if there is still availability in the hotel, you can still make reservations at the prevailing hotel rates.
