What does "I do not have proper credentials" mean?

AANA Membership is required

If you are seeing an “I do not have proper credentials” error message, this typically means your AANA membership is not current.

You must have a current AANA Active membership to qualify for AANA Insurance.

To apply for or to renew your malpractice insurance, you will need to renew your AANA membership online or email help@aana.com with specific questions.

IMPORTANT: Once you renew your membership, there will be a slight delay of 2-3 hours before you can apply for AANA Insurance; our system needs sufficient time to fully update your membership status.
