If you are seeing an “I do not have proper credentials” error message, this typically means your AANA membership is not current.
To apply for or to renew your malpractice insurance, you will need to renew your AANA membership online or via an email to help@aana.com if you have specific questions.

POSSIBLE DELAY: After renewing your membership, there may be a processing period of up to three hours before you are able to submit an application for AANA Insurance, as system updates are completed.
