      Where do I send a check for my membership dues payment?

      Individuals and groups can mail a check with a payment coupon

      Mail your check and renewal statement remittance coupon to:

      P.O. Box #8227
      Carol Stream, IL 60197-8227

      Please allow 14 days to process your check. If you haven't received a receipt, please contact us with your check number and proof that the check has cleared.

      If you do not send the remittance coupon with your check, please allow an additional week of processing time before your payment is posted.

      Caution: The above address is NOT the AANA physical office address. Checks mailed to the AANA physical address in Rosemont, IL typically add one month in processing time.
