      Where do I send a check for membership dues payment?

      Individuals and groups can mail a check with a payment coupon

      Mail your check and your renewal statement (login required) remittance coupon to:

      P.O. Box #8227
      Carol Stream, IL 60197-8227

      Without a remittance coupon from the bottom of the statement, please allow an additional one week in processing time before your payment is posted.

      Please allow 14 days to process your check. If you haven't received a receipt, please contact us with your check number and proof that the check has cleared.

      Caution: The above address is NOT the AANA physical office address. Checks mailed to the AANA physical address in Rosemont, IL typically add one month in processing time.
