      What is the registration cancellation/refund policy?  

      All cancellations must be submitted in writing. If you are not able to attend this event or one of the ticketed events, contact help@aana.com as soon as possible. The cancellation fee schedule is:  

      • Now - June 3, 2024: 80% refund of registration/ticketed fees 
      • June 3 – July 19, 2024: 50% refund of registration/ticketed fees 
      • July 20, 2024 - onward: No refunds
